Job Description

We are hiring! Join the #Ham Fam. Our stores are open Monday‑Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and closed on Sunday.

What You'll Do

• Assist phone, catering, in‑store lunch and retail customers with friendly, polite service.
• Prepare food—lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features and benefits, driving add‑on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Remain productive throughout the shift and take responsibility for activities within your control.
• Follow all processes, procedures and company standards in service, food preparation and controls; adhere to safety, security and respectful workplace policies.

Your Track Record

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate or store associate is a big plus.
• Background in restaurant, retail, grocery or hotel is valuable.

Other Things to Know

Physical dexterity and mobility required—working with hot torch, bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting up to 65 pounds. Ham production associates may need to lift up to 65 pounds.
