As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Compensation

($18.75 hourly rate plus commission)

Typical Day
  • Answer Owner questions regarding properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on background information.
  • Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
  • Fulfill requests regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
  • Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support follow-up.
Guest Experience & Company Standards
  • Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Position may require background and drug screening, in compliance with state and local requirements.
  • Must maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
  • Preferred: one-year related experience.
  • Physical ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
