Position: Sales Representative/ Coordinator
Basic Function
Grow the business by acquiring customers through sales calls conducted in person, on the phone, or via text and email. Coordinate sales functions such as lead flow, internet presence, and digital practices.
Primary Responsibilities
Obtain new Merry Maids customers for weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time cleaning services.Conduct sales calls during the day, evening, or weekends within the assigned territory.Present Merry Maids services professionally and accurately to prospective customers.Arrive on time for all sales appointments.Accurately record all rooms and items to be cleaned, providing correct descriptions of the home.Determine service prices using company pricing instructions and programs.Advise customers about other Merry Maids services available.Follow up on all leads with letters, emails, texts, faxes, or calls. Maintain prospect and customer callback files.Deal courteously with customers. Report any unusual requests or questions you cannot answer to your supervisor.Keep equipment and vehicle clean and in good working condition.Review service reports with team members before they clean a new customer's home.Contact customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects.Monitor and inventory sales materials.Maintain sales activity records.Secondary Responsibilities
Participate in public relations and promotional efforts as required.Fill in during staff absences when necessary.Contribute to a positive work environment and team effort.Perform other related duties as assigned.Compensation: $30,000 to $35,000 plus commission.
