• Maintain relationships with clients and drive referrals
• Collaborate with our experienced Project Management team (you ONLY sell — no build oversight)

• 2–5+ years in outside sales
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction preferred
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Ability to learn our design software (Arc Site, Sketch Up, Viz Terra, etc. — we will train)
• Clean, professional communication & presence
• Self‑motivated, organized, and competitive
• Able to consistently execute a structured sales process
