Position:
Office Sales Manager (Hourly $20-$50). This IN-OFFICE role requires energetic, success-driven individual to manage office operations and drive sales.

• Attain personal and office sales and revenue goals.
• Open and close the store on time.
• Schedule, underwrite, train/coaching, report, create sales/marketing strategies, delegate tasks to agents.
• Maintain open communication with upper management.
• Ensure agents adhere to company policies & procedures.
• Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles and assess insurance risk.
• Assist with daily COVID safety housekeeping routines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years of insurance sales experience.
• Personal Lines License required (P&C preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Sales mentality with strong desire to succeed.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with customer focus.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written/verbal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must maintain active license status with CA DOI.
