• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, including system inspections, filter changes, coil cleanings, and other basic adjustments.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues with residential HVAC equipment.
• Test system performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency and airflow.
• Respond to scheduled maintenance and service calls in a timely manner.
• Assist with minor repairs and part replacements.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and local codes.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle to company standards.

• 1‑3 years of experience as a maintenance technician (preferred).
• Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k to $100k annually. The actual base pay is dependent on many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. • Stand/Sit:
  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• May need to bend, climb stairs/ladders, perform repetitive motions, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May need to drive and sit for long periods.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb by lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling.
• May need to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing, repairing, or maintaining in‑ground septic systems and lines.
