We are hiring a Crew Leader / Foreman to lead a 2–3-person pavement maintenance crew. You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality projects while ensuring daily safety, efficiency, and performance standards are met.

• Operate specialized equipment for line painting, crack filling, seal coating, and power washing
• Lead and train a crew of technicians, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to Ever Line standards
• Conduct daily safety checks, briefings, and job progress reports
• Submit daily worksite documentation and bi-weekly payroll summaries
• Communicate job status with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free job site
• Train new staff on the “Ever Line Way”

• Proven, hands‑on experience with Line Striping and Seal Coating (required)
• Ability to operate striping machines, sealcoat systems, and related pavement maintenance equipment
• Asphalt maintenance experience (crack fill, patching, repairs) is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (Driver’s Abstract required)
• Reliable personal transportation
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
• Experience with small engines, paint sprayers, or similar equipment is a plus
• Construction or pavement maintenance experience preferred
• Engineering or technical background is an asset
