Healix is seeking a Risk, Compliance & Governance Manager to act as deputy to the Risk, Compliance & Governance Director and to lead day-to-day RCG activities as the function grows. You will own and drive the Operational Risk Committee, support the Executive Risk Committee, and help develop risk, compliance and governance frameworks, with a focus on risk reporting and first-line SME support.
