A professional Building Consultancy with a collaborative nature, is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor in Surrey.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's roleThe Associate Quantity Surveyor / Head of QS is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS / Consultancy background who is comfortable delivering residential projects for private clients.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, supported by two Assistant Quantity Surveyors, will lead high-end residential projects for various private clients across the South - carrying out pre and post contract work, plus some contract administration.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor- Surrey based / within a reasonable distance
- Must have PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
- Residential / high end residential project experience would be nice
- Good pre and post contract experience
- Client facing
- Team player
- £60,000 - £70,000
