Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy in Surrey are looking for a technically capable Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The lead Quantity Surveyor is looking to add a new Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a successful track record of independently running projects and is comfortable handling any day to day technical queries.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be working on high-end, luxury residential projects, although it's worth noting that the Quantity Surveying team are picking up more commercial sector work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preferably MRICS
Residential and/or commercial project experience is preferred
PQS / Consultancy background
Capable of running projects independently
Strong pre and post contract experience
Client facing / strong communication skills
