Opening in September, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team from the very beginning and help welcome our first residents into their new home. What you'll be doing As the first point of contact, you'll create a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This varied role spans multiple operational areas including administration, event coordination and daily operations.

Your key responsibilities:
Support residents in their day-to-day activities Assist with activities and events Answer telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently Collaborate with residents, families, and staff members Provide support to residents, guests and visitors Deliver high-standard food and beverage service in the restaurant Serve hot drinks and bar drinks throughout the day Clean communal areas Greet visitors at reception and manage car park Undertake activities under Health & Safety policies and procedures What we're looking for Warm and friendly personality Passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents Innovative and creative approach Self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent customer service commitment Great communication skills Excellent team player Committed to enhancing residents' well-being and fostering community Values aligned with our philosophy as outlined on:(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).
