Customer Service Executive

Location:

Esher with on-site parking

Salary: £27k to £29k plus 25 days holiday plus BH, up to 10% contributory pension scheme, EAP, critical illness cover, income protection, death in service, healthcare cash back scheme, monthly pastries, Summer & Xmas parties and regular socials.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times, hybrid option after 3-month probation (3 days in the office, 2 at home)

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, supporting the sales team, and acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout the order lifecycle. You'll be joining a growing and successful organisation with a strong team culture, where collaboration and customer service excellence are highly valued. Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders and monitor deliveries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues.
Support the sales team with account administration.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using SAP would be advantageous.
