We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our thriving community school in West Molesey. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, inclusive education to pupils aged 4-11, fostering a love of learning and supporting each child's personal development.
Responsibilities- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the National Curriculum, adapting resources to meet diverse learning needs.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Create a safe, supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity and collaboration.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives, including pastoral care, extra‑curricular activities and parent‑teacher communication.
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings, sharing best practice and collaborating with colleagues.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary setting, with a proven track record of improving pupil outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of current educational legislation and best practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
