Pink Tile Education is hiring a Complex Needs Assistant for a SEND school in Esher. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, providing 1:1 and small group support, and helping pupils access learning in a structured, inclusive setting.
You will work closely with teachers, therapists and families, supporting communication, engagement and emotional regulation, including assistance with personal care where needed. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
