Reed Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a brand-new SEMH school in Esher, Surrey. The role focuses on supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs in a nurturing, trauma-informed setting.
You will work with teachers and therapy staff to provide consistent, relationship-led support and help pupils develop confidence, resilience and social skills from day one.
