Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 37.6 weeks per year (term time only)

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8.00 am to 4.00 pm

Pay: PS7 (£33,813 to 36,041 FTE) Pay award pending. Pro‑rata starting salary £29,466

Start date: September 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Student Wellbeing Co‑ordinator to support students in improving behaviour for learning, engagement with school life, attendance, and overall pastoral care.

In this role, you will play a key part in promoting a positive learning environment by supporting students and addressing a wide range of needs and concerns. You will work proactively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Heads of Year, other pastoral staff, and teaching staff, engaging with external services and professionals to give our most vulnerable children a safe and happy school life.

• Support students to engage positively with school and the local community.
• Collaborate with teaching and pastoral teams to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Engage with external agencies and professionals on behalf of students.
• Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, supporting the DSL in safeguarding management.
• Serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, and external agencies regarding safeguarding concerns.
