They are at an exciting stage of growth and looking for a Senior FPGA Engineer to design and build the real‑time systems powering their first‑hardware.

This is an office‑based FPGA Engineer role in Central Cambridge with a clear progression path and the opportunity to carve out a niche. They will pay up to £140,000 plus relocation and equity for the right person. That said, they are looking for the best.

• 10+ years commercial FPGA Engineering (implementation, simulation, verification and test)
• Coding in System Verilog or VHDL
• FPGA external interface designs (e.g., PCIe, Aurora, Ethernet, SPI etc.)
• Strong academic background
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with ownership of projects
• Resident in the UK for at least 5 years

Location:

Cambridge — Salary: £100‑140k. Key skills: FPGA, Verilog or VHDL. Desirable skills: RF, DSP.
