Catering in Esher is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of a busy reactive maintenance contract for Thames Water. Based from Esher or Kentish Town, you will price works, manage subcontractors and produce cost reports to keep projects moving.
You should have experience in utilities, infrastructure, civil engineering or groundworks, strong Excel skills, and the ability to juggle multiple live work streams while communicating clearly with operations teams.
