We’re currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our growing finance team.

This role would suit a strong Management Accountant looking to step into a broader Finance Manager position, or an existing Finance Manager who enjoys being close to the operational side of the business rather than purely corporate finance.

Key responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
  • Supporting monthly CVR reviews and project performance reporting
  • Cashflow forecasting and working capital management
  • Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
  • Supporting year-end audit activities and maintaining strong financial controls
We’re particularly interested in individuals with experience in
  • Construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or project-based environments
  • Management accounting and financial reporting
  • Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
  • Working directly with operational stakeholders
  • CVR, WIP or project accounting environments (desirable)
  • COINS or similar finance systems (desirable)

Location is Thames Ditton with regular office attendance expected. There will also be occasional travel to London and other Keltbray locations as required.
