• Provide high‑quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.

• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them.

• Have the ability to work with sales targets.

• Ensure that all client records are up to date pre‑ and post‑treatment.

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of all machines.

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.

• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required).

• Team player who works collaboratively.

• A positive and friendly attitude with clients.

• Attention to detail when dealing with client records.

• Excellent standards with regards to client experience.
