The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the care home. This includes managing health and safety, undertaking remedial work, and coordinating with external contractors for more complex repairs. The role requires good practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be flexible. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, typically from 8am to 4.30pm, which may include some weekend work.
