Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Lead and manage the operational delivery of health and wellbeing services
• Oversee staff, ensuring high performance, effective case management, and quality support
• Develop and implement service improvement plans
• Monitor performance targets and report on outcomes
• Work collaboratively with partners, commissioners, and community organisations
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgets, resources, and service planning
• Promote a positive wellbeing culture across the organisation
