We're recruiting for a Supported Housing Manager to oversee a busy supported housing service, leading a dedicated team and ensuring people with mental health needs receive safe, high-quality, recovery-focused support.

The Role

As Supported Housing Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a supported housing service, ensuring high standards of service delivery while supporting both your team and the people accessing the service.

You'll manage a team of 5 Recovery Workers and 1 Administrator, providing leadership, coaching and guidance to help deliver positive outcomes.

Working closely with local partners and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in maintaining service quality, developing partnerships and ensuring contractual standards are consistently achieved.
