Green Spaces Manager needed in Esher, £248.20 per dayPAYE - Reference: OR113692

• To manage all aspects of the Green Spaces contract, the borough’s cemeteries service and countryside team ensuring continuous improvement in services.
• Manage your team ensuring that all individuals have the opportunity for growth and development and have personal development plans linked to clearly understood performance targets.
• Ensure your team are thriving, that they know their objectives and the vision of the team and the organisation and more importantly that they feel empowered to achieve these goals.
• To participate effectively in the corporate management of the Culture, Leisure and Environment team.
• To promote a customer-oriented service delivery approach through effective management and development of the green spaces services which meets the needs of the local community.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
