HGV 2 Waste Driver

We are seeking reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 (C) Waste Day drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle to collect waste from domestic or commercial premises efficiently and safely. This role offers an excellent temp‑to‑perm opportunity for individuals with a background in driving HGV Class 2 (C) vehicles.

• Safely operate a HGV Class 2 (C) lorry in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
• Collection of waste, ensuring timely and accurate collections
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including adherence to driving hours regulations

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category
  
  C) driving license with a clean driving record
• Experienced drivers (essential)
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability

Monday to Friday – starts 0600 (6am) to 1400 (2pm)
