Operate an HGV for waste collection, ensuring clean communities. Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and supervisors, prioritise health and safety, and assist loaders as required.

• Operate HGV and collect refuse/recycling from requested locations following a set route, and dispose at appropriate sites.
• Carry out vehicle inspections, ensure compliance with company policy and legislative requirements, and complete relevant paperwork.
• Receive instructions from supervisors, communicate with crew members, and comply with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with the public, customers, and client representatives by handling complaints and queries courteously.
• Assist with loading duties as required.

• Full Category C driving licence.
• Basic literacy skills.
• Team player with a positive approach aligned with company values.
