The One Tot Stop Day Care, with locations in Espanola and Massey, ensures a nurturing environment dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every child. Through play-based learning, we foster children’s development across all key domains including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, language, and early literacy skills – cultivating a lifelong love of learning.

We are seeking a caring and reliable Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) to support our team in providing quality care for children aged 0–12 in a group setting. The ECEA will work under the guidance of Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

• Support children with routines such as meals, rest, and transitions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Assist RECEs in planning and implementing daily activities that promote children’s development.
• Maintain confidentiality of all children, families, and employees.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check, no longer than 6 months old.
• Completion of Grade 12 (or equivalent) required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate, including Infant/Child CPR Level
