Clinic Receptionist RAHC

El Centro Family Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Northern New Mexico, is seeking a full‑time Clinic Receptionist. The Clinic Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing friendly and efficient front‑desk support while maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation: $15.00 to $20.19 hourly, commensurate with education and experience.

• Greet patients and other visitors, determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate party.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout interactions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to outlying clinics as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Outlook, and internet browsers.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience, with at least one (1) year in a related field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance claims (Medicaid and Medicare).
• Bi‑lingual, English/Spanish.
