• Base pay range: $37.80/hr - $55.40/hr
• Minimum offer: $37.80/hr
• Maximum offer: $51.00/hr
• Northern New Mexico differential: $4.00/hr (may be adjusted or discontinued)

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the OR Charge RN works with the leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s).

Sign‑on bonus and relocation available for qualified candidates. This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential at $4.00 per hour.

• ADN/BSN/MSN
• BLS required at time of hire
• NM State or Multistate License
• 1 year of experience as an RN
• CNOR Preferred
