As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.
CompensationCompensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

- Flexibility — Consistent scheduling
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
- Current RN license in the state of NM
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
