Base Pay Range
$21.00/hr - $34.00/hr
Hourly Wage: $21 - $34 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job OverviewApparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
