You will be responsible for leading and developing the engineering team, driving BIM & CAD innovation, establishing industry-leading design standards, implementing new technologies, and elevating the overall technical direction of the department and travel between office locations to support team development and collaboration.
This role would suit a strong technical leader with deep experience in mechanical system design, BIM/CAD management, and engineering team leadership.
