Join Skillful Steps ABA as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Essex, MD. This role includes In‑Home ABA therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysis ts (BCBAs). The base pay range is $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr, and benefits include Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Flexible Schedule, Professional Development, and Referral Bonus.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor progress
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Minimum age 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check clearance required upon hiring
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred
• Reliability:
