Job SummaryDaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.
Base Pay Range$18.50/hr – $29.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
- Accredited high school diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred certifications: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy, or other healthcare experience
