Office Supervisor; Aviation

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Office Supervisor to lead a small team in aviation administration. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes.

• Lead and support staff, maintaining high service and presentation standards.
• Manage office administration, including reports, records, and procedures.
• Oversee training, compliance, and health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate staff hours, absence, and operational support.
• Assist with operational areas as needed and ensure equipment/facilities are maintained.

• Proven supervisory experience in aviation administration
  .
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership in office administration.
• At least 1 year in customer-facing or operational support within aviation.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and eligible for airside pass.
