HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operatives to work in CM3 Essex area.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor. You'll work as part of a team to ensure products are assembled, finished, and packed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Assemble and fabricate plastic components according to job specifications
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and packaging products
- Report any faults or issues to supervisors promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
