Overview
Netzer Metalworks is currently hiring a sheet metal punch programmer. Medical and Dental Benefits, 401k, Paid Holidays. Climate controlled facility.
Responsibilities- Program an Amadaa punch press to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Assist punch operators when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficiency throughout the company
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a punch programmer in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years + experience recommended
- Hexagon Rad Punch experience a plus, however training is available
- Strong knowledge of techniques, tooling, and materials
- Ability to communicate and train as needed
- Ability to use standard measuring equipment i.e. micrometers, calipers, height gauges
