As a Shift Leader, you will lead a motivated team, ensuring excellent interpersonal service, teamwork, and profitable operations. You will tackle problems, mentor team members, and maintain high‑quality service that delights customers and drives repeat business.

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Wendy’s® Shift Leaders: $16.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location.
