Steel Erectors

Permanent job opportunities for Steel erectors / Fabricators / Fitters with this busy, fast growing construction metalwork company. We have a number of roles based mostly at Stansted airport with excellent extra hours available and bonus's.

• Assemble and install metal frameworks for building structures.
• Read and interpret construction plans to determine necessary materials and installation processes.
• Safely use tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and joining metal components. (any welding experience will be a bonus.)
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure structural integrity and adherence to specifications.
• Comply with health and safety regulations on‑site at all times.

• Proven experience as a Steel Erector or in a similar role focusing on construction metal framework.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking tools and machines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.

Overtime offered at x 1.5.

These are permanent jobs. You must have current right to work and be able to pass airport security screening to be considered.
