We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with experience in residential HVAC service and installations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential properties. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations during installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Proven experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• HVAC certifications or licenses are preferred
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
