This isn’t just about crunching numbers — you’ll be a key player in keeping the accounts department running smoothly. From processing invoices and updating client portals to chatting with clients and engineers, every day brings something new.

• Accurately processing sales invoices
• Updating client portals with the latest details
• Speaking with clients to answer queries and resolve issues quickly
• Matching job sheets with engineers’ hours to keep records spot on
• Offering ad hoc support to the Accounts Manager and your team

• Some experience in accounts, invoicing, or similar roles
• Confident in raising and processing invoices
• A natural communicator who enjoys talking to clients and colleagues
• Oracle experience is a bonus, but not essential
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
