SITE ADMINISTRATOR - LONG-TERM INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to join a major infrastructure project in the South Ockendon area
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join an established construction team on a long-term project.

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team
• Maintaining site records, documents and filing systems
• Updating spreadsheets, reports and databases
• Assisting with timesheets, attendance and workforce records
• Managing site documentation and ensuring records are kept up to date
• Supporting site management with general administrative duties
• Liaising with office staff, site personnel and subcontractors
• Assisting with inductions and onboarding documentation
• Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently

• Previous experience as a Site Administrator within construction or civil engineering
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work in a busy site environment
• Previous infrastructure or major projects experience is advantageous
