Office & Operations Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to join their busy and personable team in Leigh-on-Sea.
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
This is a varied role working closely with the CEO and Directors, covering office management, business operations, senior management support, HR administration and CRM systems
.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities across a busy business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the smooth running of the office, including facilities, suppliers, contractors, insurance and workplace procedures.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the CEO and Directors, including diary management, meetings, travel and documentation.
- Coordinate HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee records, benefits, appraisals and leavers.
- Maintain company records and support data protection, compliance, licences and other administrative requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day administration and data quality of the company's Recruitment CRM and business systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and overall business efficiency.
- Support ad hoc projects and provide general administrative assistance across the business.
You should have:
- Previous experience in office management, operations, business administration or a similar role
. - Experience supporting senior management.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience with HR administration and employee processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using databases and business systems.
- A proactive, practical approach and the ability to work independently.
