GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a hands-on Business Operations Manager in Ongar, Essex. This role is office-based, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and offers a salary of £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership, coordinating operations, improving systems and supporting multiple functions across the business.
