A reputable surveying firm based in Essex is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team.
This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing for full-time or part-time hours. The ideal candidate will carry out Level 2 and preferably Level 3 surveys and manage dilapidations and project tasks. Key requirements include MRICS/FRICS qualifications and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum with potential earnings up to £80,000.
