A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a strong and consistent workload across Basildon and the wider South East.

• £38,000 – £42,000 salary (DOE)

• Deliver Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG

• Work across commercial and mixed‑use properties
• Produce clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports
• Manage your own diary with autonomy and support
• Ensure full compliance with current legislation and HSE guidance

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
• Comfortable operating independently in a field‑based role
• Full UK driving licence
