Construction, Property and Engineering is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor for an ongoing contract in Essex. The surveyor will conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition surveys on residential properties, manage their own workload independently, and ensure timely submission of reports. Candidates must possess the BOHS P402 qualification and demonstrate experience in surveying residential properties. Competitive rates of £240 - £250 per day are offered.
