An established specialist contractor within the roofing and façade sector is looking to recruit an experienced Roofing Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team.

The company delivers specialist roofing, cladding and façade packages across a range of commercial projects throughout the UK.

• Prepare detailed tenders for Tier 1 contractors and major construction clients
• Produce accurate take‑offs and scope mark‑ups using Bluebeam software
• Calculate labour, material and preliminary costs using estimating spreadsheets
• Populate bills of quantities and pricing schedules
• Review specifications, drawings and tender documentation
• Offer value engineering solutions where appropriate
• Attend client meetings and maintain strong client/supplier relationships
• Assist with handovers for secured projects

• Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator
• Strong knowledge of multiple roofing systems, particularly flat roofing
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Good understanding of roofing materials and installation methods
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and organisational skills

• £65,000 – £75,000 salary depending on experience
