EA Associates is seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager in Essex to support a growing pipeline of construction and refurbishment projects. This role blends commercial management and project delivery responsibilities and is focused 70% on Quantity Surveying.
You will manage project budgets, coordinate contractors and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. A degree and MRICS or equivalent experience preferred.
