This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a specialist roofing contractor delivering complex flat roofing and waterproofing projects across the commercial construction sector. You will take ownership of multiple live projects, lead site teams, and play a key role in the continued growth of a business known for quality, safety and strong client relationships.

This specialist contractor delivers high‑quality flat roofing and waterproofing solutions across commercial, healthcare, education and public sector projects. Working closely with established main contractors, the business has built a strong reputation for technical delivery, reliability and repeat project success, and continues to grow through long‑standing client relationships.

You will be responsible for managing multiple live projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery across all sites. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients, you will oversee labour planning, materials, programme tracking, reporting and commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

This role would suit an organised and hands‑on Contracts Manager who enjoys being out on site, leading teams and taking full ownership of project delivery. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple live sites and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.

• Managing multiple flat roofing and waterproofing projects across London and the Southeast
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, materials and project programmes
• Overseeing project delivery, reporting and progress tracking
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Liaising with clients, site teams and senior management throughout delivery

• Experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing or waterproofing
• Strong background in commercial construction environments
• Experience managing multiple live sites simultaneously
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
